PROFESSIONAL THESIS – Kenya

The thesis must focus on the change management of their waste management department in certain areas for improvement – i.e. a change management plan that is realistic in terms of the situation on the ground and their capacity for action upon their return, or based on what their senior management asked them to do when they enrolled

The topic will be validated in advance by the selection panel

The panel will be composed of one person from higher education and two professionals from the sector

The dissertation will be graded as follows

  • A written mark according to a grading scale decided by the Chair’s teaching council
  • A mark for the oral presentation
