The AgroParisTech – SUEZ Chair offers you an international course including

  • An immersion in a renowned institute – Institute of Technoly of Cambodia (ITC) in Phnom Penh during 1 month (execluding week-ends and country celebration’s day)
  • A 5 to 10 year management case study carried out at the heart of a large scale water and/or sanitation  – Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority  in Cambodia during 10 days (excluding week-ends)

Duration: From March 23,2026 to May 24,2026

E-learning classes will take place prior to face-to-face classes in Phnom Penh.

Formation

The International Immersion is based on these pedagogical pillars

▪ Analyze the case study on water or sanitation service in detail and identify the key factors for its success.
▪ Strengthen managerial and operational skills
▪ Meetings and exchanges with local experts on their field experience

The international immersion “Asia” is an operational strategy course and lasts 20 days (excluding week-ends).

The objective is to confront the participant with the reality of an operator in charge of managing an urban drinking water and/or sanitation service, to strengthen its operational skills and to enable him to identify the key factors that will change the company towards better performance. The 20 days of the track are divided into two parts:

  1.  Immersion in a renowned institute for skills building (1 month)
  2. Immersion in public water service: K-OPT study (10 days)

The K-OPT case study lasts 10 days  (from April 20th to April 30th + May 8th,2026) and aims to analyze the past and recent situation of 5 thematics (institutional, technical, financial, commercial and human resource) of Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (Phnom Penh), as well as to define a strategic action plan of the structure, to consolidate the performance of the company in the medium term (10 years). The participants play the role of the CEO of the company in question, who must make a set of decisions, analyze the situation and formulate action plans relating to the water sector.
