- A 5 to 10 year management case study carried out at the heart of a large scale water and/or sanitation – Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority in Cambodia during 10 days (excluding week-ends)

Field surveys and analyses, especially in low-income neighbourhoods
Formation
The K-OpT is based on
- Meet and exchange with local experts on their field experience in a public water utility during 10 days
- Aim to analyze the past and recent situation through 5 thematics (institutional, technical, financial, commercial and human resource) of Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (Phnom Penh)
- Define a strategic action plan of the structure, to consolidate the performance of the company in the medium term (10 years).
The participants play the role of the CEO of the company in question, who must make a set of decisions, analyze the situation and formulate action plans relating to the water sector.
